Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website and purchasing artwork, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Products and Pricing

All artwork listed on our site is original and one-of-a-kind unless otherwise stated. Prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes as calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price at the time of purchase will be honored for your order.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate payment information.

Your Account

You do not need an account to buy, but if you create one you are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

We give you the tools to handle that yourself: change your password (which signs out every other device), review and end individual sessions, and change your email address with confirmation from the new one. These are in Profile Settings.

Keep your account details accurate, particularly your email address, since that is how we send order updates and security notices.

You may close your account at any time from Profile Settings. We may suspend or close an account for fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms. In either case we keep records of completed orders, because we are required to retain them for tax and accounting. What closing your account erases and what it keeps is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and content on this site are the intellectual property of the artist. Purchase of artwork grants you ownership of the physical piece but does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or purchase of artwork. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the artwork.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
