Our Policy
Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of damage during shipping.
Damaged Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of the damaged artwork
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number
We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a full refund or replacement if the artwork can be repaired.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If it cannot be found, we will provide a full refund.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
